Online Registration Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t have a computer:

Each of the four adult school sites has a computer lab available for use.  You can use one of the computers to register for your class.

I don’t have a printer:

Each of the four adult school sites has a computer lab available for use.  You can use one of the computers to register for your class and print out the affidavit.

I don’t have a debit/credit card:

You can purchase a debit/credit card at any retailer. (Walmart, Target, etc.)

I don’t have an email address:

You can easily create an email account by clicking on the link below.  From there you will click on “Create an Account” in the top right corner and follow the instructions on the website.

I registered and paid for the wrong class at the wrong school site:

If you registered for the wrong class at the wrong school site, we can transfer you into the correct class.  Go to the adult school office of the class that you registered for.  Office staff will be available to transfer you into the correct school.

Reserving Spots:

Reserving Spots in a class is strictly prohibited.  If a student enrolls in the same class at more than one school site they will be dropped from the class and all the fees paid by the student will be refunded.  Student will not be able to register for that class until the following semester.

The website doesn’t work on my device:

If the website isn’t coming up on your device you can try using Google Chrome.  If this still doesn’t work, please go to one of the computer labs located at one of our four adult schools.

The website crashed:

If for some reason you are unable to pull up the registration website or it crashes during the registration process, please wait 10 minutes and try again.  There is no need to call and report the problem.  You can be sure we are aware of it and doing our best to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible.
