Students acquire skills as a cafeteria assistant, pantry cook, station cook, clerical worker, cashier, server, server dishwasher, and restaurant beginner entry cook. Students may progress through levels of units within the curriculum. Skills are presented in a sequence of increasing complexity, gaining knowledge with each unit building upon the preceding level.
