Learn how to create and edit letters, spreadsheets, presentations, databases and other professional-looking documents for the workplace. Gain expertise in the new Microsoft Office 2016 application suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.


COURSE 1: Computer Applications BEGINNING/INTERMEDIATE

This introductory course provides training in Microsoft Office 2016.  Students learn basics of each software program and integrate programs to perform workplace simulations. Students also gain knowledge of productivity Apps for school and work such as Microsoft OneNote, Sway, Office 365, Edge and Windows 10.

LENGTH: 18 weeks


COURSE 2: Computer Applications INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

This course builds on the Introductory course and provides advanced training in Microsoft Office 2016.  Students learn how to integrate programs and work with advanced tools and features.  Students also gain knowledge of productivity Apps for school and work such as Microsoft OneNote, Sway, Office 365 and Edge in Office 2016 and Windows 10.
