COURSE 1: Culinary Arts – Breads, Pastries, Desserts & Cakes (cc)
VA Approved Course

Introduction to baking, decorating and serving of attractive pastries, cookies, breads, rolls, pie crusts, and other desserts. This course also covers an introduction to chocolate tech­niques. Course emphasis is on the application of professional level cake design, wedding cakes, tiered cakes and decorations. Highlights all aspects of effective bakery management.

COURSE 2: Culinary Arts – Pastry /Cake Designs, Chocolate, & High End Decoration Techniques (cc)

VA Approved Course

This course focuses on high-end decoration and chocolate techniques. You will continue to build on your designing techniques increasing in skill and speed to produce professional level cake designs, wedding cakes, and chocolate decorations.
